FAQ

• 1. The price list of products, understood to be exclusive of VAT, with the conditions
  and payment terms stated therein, shall be valid until
  expiration date indicated or subject to written amendments/additions by
  the writer.
• 2. The return of goods is understood to be:
  or free to destination for orders with taxable amount equal to or
  greater than €350 (€500 for Europe)
  or free to destination with charge of €25.00 (€69 for Europe) for orders with
  taxable amount less than €350.00
• 3. From the time of receipt of the order, the timing of
  fulfillment is 3 to 4 weeks. In case of delays the company
  will promptly notify the customer.
• 4. Orders received from you will be processed
  exclusively under the conditions set forth in 1,2 and 3, and the sending
  of our "order confirmation" will determine the conclusion of the
  contract.

• Payment terms are stipulated at the time
  of the order.
• Invoicing will be done on the same day of shipment
  of the goods.
• All customers who wish to consider prepayment
  before delivery by bank transfer will benefit from
  a 5% discount on the total.

The Display collection is not subject to further discounting.

For the Anteprima and PetHome collection, discounting is applied based on the volume of the overall order.

• A 5% discount may be granted for orders with a taxable amount greater than or equal to €500.00

• A 10% discount may be granted for orders with a taxable amount of €1,500.00 or more
  .
• A 15% discount may be granted for orders with a taxable amount of €2,000.00 or more
  .
• A 20% discount may be granted for orders with taxable income of 8,000.00 € or more
  .
